For organizations providing or deploying General-Purpose AI (GPAI) models, we offer advisory and implementation services to manage compliance with the specific obligations. This includes assistance with maintaining technical documentation, providing necessary information to downstream providers, and implementing policies to respect copyright law.

This addresses the obligations laid out in EU AI Act Article 53 (Specific obligations of providers of GPAI models) and Article 55 (Specific obligations of providers of GPAI systems).

Compliance with GPAI model obligations, including up-to-date technical documentation (Annex XI), provision of information to downstream providers (Annex XII), implementation of a copyright policy, and publication of a training data summary. For systemic GPAI models, this includes adversarial testing and systemic risk mitigation.
